Here at OPM we have managed to cobble together a rag tag squad of reprobates to enter the 2019 Bradford Fives 5-a-side tournament on Thursday 21 Nov 2019. In our bright pink shirts we looked the part, even if we did not manage to win the tournament.
Our Team and our sponsors joined together to raise money for charity. Donations from friends and family alike helped us smash our target goal. We raised funds for 2 charities, Sue Ryder and Parkinson's UK.
We may have not raised an award for our football on the night, but we did WIN one award that was very special to us – We raised the most money for charity of all the teams who played in the tournament.
We are now in training to take part in more charity events next year.
