Teams from OPM (labels and Packaging) Group Ltd took part in an action-packed challenge day in aid of Sue Ryder, Manorlands Hospice – at the Coniston Hotel, Country Estate and Spa, in Coniston Cold.
Held in early July, teams competed in a series of challenges including 4x4 off-roading, archery, target golf, clay pigeon shooting, axe throwing and wall climbing.
The fundraising event was rounded off with a hog-roast, Charity Auction and team awards presentation. It certainly was an action-packed day not to be missed!
This is a great opportunity to raise money for a local cause in a superb location, with fantastic facilities, and a range of exciting sports. Team OPM had a memorable day of great activities and challenges, all in aid of Manorlands Hospice, a charity close to all our hearts.
It is not every day we can raise £51,270 but it simply would not be possible without the amazing network of people bringing it all together, in particular the Manorlands Challenge Committee and amazing teams of staff at the Coniston Hotel who donate their time, energy and facilities to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
